Tax: Prices include 23% Portuguese VAT.

* Non-Member Nonprofit/Academia rates apply to participants from nonprofit organisations, academic/educational institutions and healthcare institutions who are not current EACR members.

** Non-Member Industry rates apply to participants who work for a for-profit company and are not current EACR members. Having different levels of registration rates enables us to keep rates low for students and early-career researchers with limited access to funding.

*** Patient advocates: We have a limited number of discounted registrations of €360 for patient advocates. You must be employed by or volunteer for a registered non-profit patient advocacy organisation. To apply, contact eacr@newway-management.com before 27 May 2025 with a headed letter from the organisation you represent, indicating how your attendance at the Congress will further its charitable aims for the benefit of patients.

Deadlines: Please note that deadlines are at 23:59 CET on all the published dates. Full payment in Euros (€) must be received before the corresponding deadline to receive the relevant rate.

Credit Card

Credit card payment (in EUR only) is the preferred method of payment. The following credit cards are accepted as part of the online registration process: VISA, MasterCard® . Please note that your credit card will be charged directly at the moment of transaction.

Bank Transfers 

Any bank charges by local or intermediate bank must be borne by the remitter. Payment by bank transfer will not be accepted after 27 May 2025. After 27 May 2025, any outstanding amounts must be paid by credit card. Clearly indicate the name of the participant(s) and Congress registration number on the remittance slip/reference text.

If full payment is not received by the corresponding registration deadlines, the subsequent rate automatically applies. After the Regular Rate registration deadline, unpaid registrations will be cancelled. Please note that deadlines are at 23:59 CET on all published dates.

Letters of Invitation/Visa Letters

Participants who have registered and paid can download a ‘Letter of invitation’ from the Congress registration portal. This is to assist you in obtaining travel funds, appropriate visas, and/or absence approvals. The same standard format of letter is provided to every participant who needs one and we cannot amend it, add extra information, or submit further documentation for visa applications. Please ensure you apply for the correct type of visa with enough time for it to be approved. We cannot provide advice on applying for a visa, and if you are unsure we recommend seeking expert help in your home country.

Accreditation ‘Prerichiesta AIFA’ for Italian Pharmaceutical Companies
